Paloma brings a wealth of expertise in premium yacht customer service and a deep-rooted passion for life on the water. With a decade of experience in high-profile international sailing events and 8 years at Princess Yachts – where she worked as Global Events Manager and After Sales Services Executive – she adds invaluable depth to the SETAG team.

Paloma’s multifaceted expertise spans the planning and execution of events and trade shows, logistics, marketing, customer service, VIP hospitality, and public relations.

Paloma also has a strong foundation in After Sales support – acting as the main point of contact for warranty matters at Princess Yachts and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

A Spanish national, fluent in Spanish, English, French and Italian, Paloma studied Industrial Design at the University of Valencia. Her multilingual communication skills and wide-ranging experience allow her to navigate the demands of international clients with ease and confidence.

Paloma is known for her resourcefulness, dynamism, creativity, and exceptional organisational skills. She thrives in collaborative environments and brings both energy and precision to every project she undertakes – which is why she is the perfect General Manager for our European branch.

Rory Fry

Joining SETAG with over a decade of technical expertise, Rory is a skilled Aftersales Support Manager, known for his adaptability and hands-on experience in global yacht maintenance and carpentry.

The creative force behind our Upholstery department – with a wealth of experience spanning three decades, Adrian is a master of his craft. For the past 20 years, Adrian has been an integral part of the development of all upholstery within Princess Yachts. Now bringing his meticulous attention to detail, beautiful mastery and adept problem-solving skills to SETAG.
